One of Jazz Cruises’ goals in producing The Smooth Jazz Cruise ’26.3 is to provide every guest who wishes to sail on The Smooth Jazz Cruise in ’26 the opportunity to do so. The Reservation Process reflects that goal.

GUESTS NOT SAILING ON THE SMOOTH JAZZ CRUISE ‘26.1 OR ‘26.2 (PRE-SAIL RESERVATIONS)
Guests NOT sailing on The Smooth Jazz Cruise ‘26.1 or ‘26.2 are invited to complete a Pre-Sail Reservation for The Smooth Jazz Cruise ’26.3 starting on October 11, 2024.
On October 23, 2024, Guests with Pre-Sail Reservations will be notified by email as to the Reservation Procedure for completing a reservation including the date (Selection Date) when they are eligible to select a stateroom and complete a reservation. Selection Dates will be prioritized based upon a Guest’s sailing history with Jazz Cruises and the entry date of their Pre-Sail Reservation.
Deposit/Payment: No Deposit is required to submit a Pre-Sail Reservation and first payment of the Cruise Price is due on March 10, 2025.
Please Note: The Cruise Price listed on the Pricing page is applicable to New Guests. If you have sailed on a Jazz Cruises’ program in the past, you are eligible for Past Guest Prices. Please refer to the email you receive on October 23, 2024 to learn which Past Guest Price applies to you.
GUESTS SAILING ON THE SMOOTH JAZZ CRUISE ‘26.1 OR ‘26.2
Guests sailing on either The Smooth Jazz Cruise ‘26.1 or ‘26.2 have three options with respect to The Smooth Jazz Cruise ‘26.3:
OPTION 1: Enter the Transfer Portal: From now through October 15, 2024, Guests with Reservations on either The Smooth Jazz Cruise ’26.1 or ’26.2 may transfer their Reservation to The Smooth Jazz Cruise ’26.3, without charge or penalty. In doing so, such guests will be relinquishing their current reservations, which will be made available to guests wishing to sail on one of those earlier sailings. To enter the Transfer Portal, a guest must either submit a Transfer Portal Request for consideration or call the office during this period. Please note that Transfer Portal requests will be fulfilled in a short period immediately after it closes on October 15, 2024, and prior to the first Pre-Sail Selection Date on October 24, 2024. Upon Receipt of confirmation of a Transfer Portal Request, the Guest’s Reservation for The Smooth Jazz Cruise ‘26.1 or ‘26.2 will be cancelled.
OPTION 2: Get in Line for Additional Reservations: To ensure that everyone who wishes to sail on The Smooth Jazz Cruise in ’26 has the opportunity to do so, from now through Open Booking (November 7, 2024), Guests with Reservations on The Smooth Jazz Cruise ’26.1 & ’26.2 who wish to reserve a stateroom on The Smooth Jazz Cruise ’26.3 are required to complete a Pre-Sail Reservation. Such guests will be asked to follow the same procedure as others with Pre-Sail Reservations and will be assigned to the final Selection Date.
OPTION 3: Do Nothing: Guests with Reservations on The Smooth Jazz Cruise ’26.1 & ’26.2 who do not wish to reserve a stateroom on The Smooth Jazz Cruise ’26.3 are not required to undertake any notice or complete any form.
Open Booking: Once Open Booking starts (November 7, 2024), anyone may reserve any available stateroom regardless of whether they are Guests with Reservations on The Smooth Jazz Cruise ‘26.1 or ‘26.2 or not. No Pre-Sail Reservation is required.
Deposit/Payment: No Deposit is required to complete a Reservation and first payment of the Cruise Price is due on March 10, 2025.
Pricing: Your Cruise Price will be based on your Jazz Cruises’ Sailing History, if applicable.
