One of Jazz Cruises’ goals in producing The Smooth Jazz Cruise ’26.3 is to provide every guest who wishes to sail on The Smooth Jazz Cruise in ’26 the opportunity to do so. The Reservation Procedure reflects that goal.
PRE-SAIL RESERVATIONS
Starting October 11, 2024 anyone wishing to reserve a stateroom on The Smooth Jazz Cruise ’26.3 is asked to complete a Pre-Sail Reservation. These entries will be prioritized by the Jazz Cruises’ sailing history of each guest and time of receipt. No later than October 23, 2024, Guests with Pre-Sail Reservations will begin to be provided information enabling them to select a stateroom and complete a reservation. This process will be completed in waves through November 6, 2024, after which Open Booking will begin.
GUESTS WITH RESERVATIONS ON tHE SMOOTH JAZZ CRUISE ‘26.1 & ‘26.2
TRANSFER PORTAL
From now through October 15, 2024, Guests with Reservations on either The Smooth Jazz Cruise ’26.1 or ’26.2 may transfer their Reservation to The Smooth Jazz Cruise ’26.3, without charge or penalty. In doing so, such guests will be relinquishing their current reservations, which will be made available to guests wishing to sail on one of those earlier sailings. To enter the Transfer Portal, a guest must either submit a Transfer Portal Request for consideration or call the office during this period. Please know that requests will be processed in order of receipt. We will fulfill your request to the best of our ability based on specific stateroom availability.
ADDITIONAL RESERVATIONS
To ensure that everyone who wishes to sail on The Smooth Jazz Cruise in ’26 has the opportunity to do so, Guests with Reservations on The Smooth Jazz Cruise ’26.1 & ’26.2 who wish to reserve a stateroom on The Smooth Jazz Cruise ’26.3 will be placed in the final wave of Pre-Sail Reservations.
OPEN BOOKING
Once Open Booking starts (November 7, 2024), anyone may reserve any available stateroom regardless without completing a Pre-Sail Reservation and regardless of cruise history.

*Cruise Prices are based upon double occupancy unless designated as a “Single.” Cruise Prices include all the amenities, accommodations and services outlined here in the Stateroom Description for the Category of Stateroom Guest has selected, together with the shows and onboard events produced by The Smooth Jazz Cruise.

No Deposits are due if Reservation is completed prior to March 10, 2025. After March 10, 2025 deposits are due at the time of your reservation. Deposit amounts vary based upon the Stateroom Type:
- $400/pp – Inside & Ocean View Staterooms
- $500/pp – Veranda, AquaClass & Concierge Staterooms
- $600/pp – Suites
All Guests are required to pay port charges, government taxes and fees, onboard service gratuities for shipboard staff and other charges due and payable to third parties. These Pass-Through Charges vary by Stateroom Type for The Smooth Jazz Cruise and are in addition to the Cruise Prices.

- $425/pp – Veranda, AquaClass & Concierge Staterooms
- $450/pp – Suites
The Smooth Jazz Cruise offers Payment Plan options. The Payment Plan election is made at the time of the Reservation.
Quarterly Payment Plan: After payment of Deposit (see, Deposits), the balance of the Cruise Price plus the Pass Through Charges (see, Pass Through Charges) are paid in four (4) equal payments on the tenth of July 2025, November 2025, March 2026 and June 2026.
Monthly Payment Plan: After payment of Deposit (see, Deposits), the balance of the Cruise Price plus the Pass Through Charges (see, Pass Through Charges) are paid in twelve (12) equal monthly payments on the tenth of every month starting on 7/10/25 and ending 6/10/26.
Guests may contact the office to propose alternative schedules for payment. Reasonable plans will be seriously considered.
Late Payments, including credit cards on file being denied when presented for payment, are subject to a penalty of 6% of the invoice amount if payment is not received within seven (7) days of issuance of notice of late payment due. Failure to cure a Late Payment within twenty (20) days of issuance of notice of Late Payment due or the occurrence of two (2) Late Payments may subject the reservation to cancellation of the reservation without refund or other compensation.
All Cruise Price and Pass-Through Charge payments made to date are non-refundable. Payments are refundable only when either Celebrity Cruises or The Smooth Jazz Cruise cancels or reschedules the cruise. Complimentary name changes and Guest additions will be accepted until 120 days prior to the cruise. Name changes made to a Reservation less than 120 days prior to sailing will be assessed a $150 administrative fee.
The 3rd and 4th passengers Cruise Price vary based upon the Stateroom Type:
- $2,100/pp – Ocean View Staterooms
- $2,200/pp – Veranda, AquaClass & Concierge Staterooms
- $2,500/pp – Suites
*Inside Staterooms are a maximum of double occupancy
Jazz Cruises extends an onboard credit of $125 to any guest who is either Active Military or a Veteran. DD2-14 confirmation of military status is required for Military Benefits.
The purchase of Travel Insurance/Trip Protection is strongly encouraged. If it were our choice, every guest would purchase trip insurance. Your investment for the cruise should be protected, so we urge you to purchase trip insurance. Please remember, restrictions do apply, so to secure the broadest coverage be careful to apply for the insurance in a timely manner.
Jazz Cruises strongly recommends that all guests travel with a valid passport with at least six (6) months validity post-cruise during their sailing.

- One-way cruise from Vancouver, BC to Los Angeles, CA
- All performances, interviews, parties and events presented on the cruise (This does not include any special Artist-Hosted Events which require sign-up and/or a fee or Private Parties)
- All meals (“Included Dining” features breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in the Ocean View Café and dinners in The Cosmopolitan Dining Room as well as late-night mini-buffets throughout the ship)
- As part of the Included Dining experience, non-bottled beverages (i.e. coffee, juices, tea) are provided without charge
- Recreation facilities, such as Fitness Center, Pools, Hot tubs, Sauna, Basketball court, Jogging track and Thalassotherapy Pool
- In-room TV and movies (excluding pay-per-view movies)
